Missy Sherwood is a highly accomplished and top producing real estate agent with an impressive 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout Missy's career, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in South GA and North Florida.

Missy has established herself as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to buy or sell residential and commercial properties all over South Georgia and North Florida. Missy spent her childhood growing up in Hahira and later moved to Valdosta graduating from Valdosta High School and Valdosta State University with a BA in Political Science. She started her real estate career in Atlanta. After moving back home to South Georgia in 2000, she worked as an Associate Broker and Sales Manager for another firm for nearly 20 years before making her dream a reality by opening her own Boutique Brokerage in 2021. She has an extensive knowledge of the local market trends, neighborhoods, and investment opportunities which allows her to guide clients towards intelligent and informed decisions.

She is a member of First Baptist Church. She is a past Board member for LAMP, our local Homeless Shelter. She has served two terms as the President of the Valdosta Board of Realtors, State Director for the Georgia Association of Realtors, and many other offices for the Board. She is a recipient of many awards including the Realtor Spirit Award and Realtor of the Year for the Valdosta Board of Realtors, and nominated for Realtor of the Year for the State of Georgia. Missy was also Voted Best Realtor for South Georgia for 7 years in a row. She is graduate of Leadership Lowndes, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, C2Excellence, and Residential Real Estate Council. 

Missy is married to Burke Sherwood, a local attorney. They have 4 amazing children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves the South Georgia weather, being outdoors, fishing, boating, gardening, painting, cooking, tap dancing, watching football, and YouTube videos.

Haley Cain was born & raised in Valdosta, Ga. She graduated from Valdosta High School in 2011. Haley has a passion for real estate and helping others. Aside from being a Realtor, Haley enjoys spending time with family and friends. She takes pride in serving her community and representing her clients to the fullest.

Jennifer has been a resident of Lowndes County most of her life. She graduated from Lowndes High School and Valdosta State University. She started her real estate career in Florida in 2004 with Florida Woodland Group. In 2005 She obtained her license in Georgia and South Carolina. Jennifer was a multi million dollar producer over 3 states in 6 years. She loves helping clients in both Georgia and Florida. She is very involved in our community. Jennifer is on the Center for the Arts Guild board, a member of Cotillion and Cabaret Clubs. She is also a member of the Valdosta Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. 

Jen has been a realtor since January 2020. After serving in the Air Force for four years, Jen graduated from the culinary Institute of America with a degree in baking and pastry arts, and Millersville University in Pennsylvania with a degree in business management. As a veteran, and the spouse of a retired Air Force pilot, she is well-versed in the rigors of moving a household, sometimes on short notice. Jen is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Alaska and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers to help make their move as smooth as possible. Jen is a member of the Valdosta board of realtors, the Georgia Association of realtors, the Alaska Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Valdosta has been Amanda’s home for the last 30 years. She has served our community through various organizations as well as serving in her local church.  She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Valdosta Board of realtors where she currently serves on the community outreach committee where they support local organizations such as habitat for humanity, Moody AFB, and more. Amanda enjoys spending time with her girls as well as singing and making music in her spare time. Assisting others with their real estate needs is a very special and important task. Hi, I’m a Georgia licensed realtor. I was born and raised in Tifton, Ga. I enjoy working in my families business, building and developing new homes. I previously worked for a business selling building materials. I’m currently a board member of the Tift County Zoning Board of Appeals. I have some knowledge on both sides of the real estate industry, from the materials a home is built with, to building a home, and helping someone find their home. PJ was born and raised in Lowndes county. He is a devoted Christian, husband, and father. He worked in the construction industry for many years and in the corporate agriculture industry for 14 years. The construction/real estate industry has always been near and dear to his heart. PJ and his wife Lauren have two beautiful children, a daughter Anna Kate and a son, Jase. When he is not helping others find the home of their dreams, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors, watching his kids play sports, and traveling with his family.

Devon is 24 years old and married to his beautiful wife of 3 years, Chloe. They have one daughter. Devon loves to hunt, fish, and enjoys any activity that gets him outside.
